Eli’s practice focuses on business transactions which are tailored to the needs of each client, including franchise agreements and commercial contracts, as well as franchise registration and regulatory compliance. In addition to advising clients on day-to-day issues, Eli is also involved in commercial litigation matters, protecting clients’ rights by enforcing franchise agreements and related contracts.
Prior to joining Fisher Zucker, Eli was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gary S. Glazer in the Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania – Commerce Court. The Commerce Court is a unique program of the trial division that specializes in commercial litigation. During his clerkship, Eli gained invaluable insight on how to navigate and analyze complex matters which arise in commercial disputes.
During law school, Eli was a member of the Villanova Law Review and served as a research assistant for John Y. Gotanda, the Dean of Villanova University School of Law.
Eli is a graduate from Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 2013) and received a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy in 2009.
Eli is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
