Two ice-cream vendors from Queens took a licking in federal court for peddling frosty treats in fake Mister Softee trucks.

The soft-serve dessert company has won a $20,000 judgment for trademark infringement after filing suit last summer.

Parent company Spabo Ice Cream Co. is asking that the US Marshal's Service seize the vehicles.

The trucks bear the Mister Softee name and its swirl-head logo. The vehicles are registered to Akop Papazian and M Pete Soft Ice Cream Corp.
