Dave’s practice focuses on business transactions and commercial litigation with an emphasis on franchise matters. Dave counsels franchisors on matters including franchise disclosure and regulatory compliance and the enforcement of franchise agreements and commercial contracts

Dave is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 2003) and holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton (cum laude, 1999).
