Jeff has been representing clients in business-related matters for over 20 years - first as an accountant and for the past 17 years as an attorney. Jeff concentrates his practice on franchise and distribution-related transactions, litigation and pre-litigation counseling, and also handles general commercial matters. He frequently represents franchisors and manufacturers in litigation regarding trademark, post-termination covenants and related issues and assists franchisors and other business clients in reaching effective, common sense solutions to day-to-day problems.

Jeff served on the Franchise Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and was the Vice Chair of the Franchise Law Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Jeff is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brookfield Schools, a private nonprofit group of schools which offer educational and clinical services to students with emotional needs.

Jeff was selected by his peers to receive the "Super Lawyer" designation in Philadelphia Magazine every year since the inception of the "Super Lawyer" review in 2004.

Jeff received an AV® rating from his peers, which is the highest rating possible. This rating regards an attorney's ethical standards and legal abilities.

Jeff is a graduate of Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1993 – cum laude).

Jeff also has a B.B.S. in accounting from Temple University (1988).
